Jasper Bossuyt is a tax partner at Liedekerke in Brussels, where he advises a broad range of clients on Belgian and international tax matters, including on cross-border transactions, investments and corporate structures. He also assists clients in tax disputes and has particular expertise in tax treaties.

Jasper is a research fellow at the KU Leuven Institute of Tax Law and previously taught corporate taxation and international taxation at KU Leuven (Brussels campus). His doctoral thesis on the interpretation of tax treaties was published by IBFD and received honourable mentions for the Mitchell B. Carroll Prize and the EATLP Doctoral Tax Thesis Award. He regularly contributes to national and international journals and books.

Jasper studied law at Harvard Law School (LL.M., 2015), ULB (LL.M. in Tax, 2014), KU Leuven (Ph.D., 2020 and LL.M., 2012), Tilburg University (Research Master of Laws, 2012) and Duke University (exchange programme, 2011). He was also a visiting research fellow at Harvard Law School in 2016.
